I had the most pleasant experience with a sales associate named Charlie, she helped me do everything over the phone, even sending me photos of the earrings I was hoping to get. She was extremely busy I know but just did an excellent job and went over and above to help assist me with my mom’s day gifts!

What more can I say but very awesome customer service! From the moment I messaged them on Facebook, and the second I walked in the door, and the minute I walked out the door, I felt nothing but satisfaction. I’ve never stepped foot in a jewelry store and know nothing about diamonds, and sometimes that makes going into an actual store feel awkward. Or the amount of money you have to spend might make you feel like “sorry, but this is all I have to buy something with”, worry not. MorLyns went above and beyond my expectations and was super friendly and nice. Just the friendly experience I had today was worth more than what I bought. Will definitely buy from again!
